Do you care for sites you didn't build?
Yes, that's everyday life for us. WordPress, Magento, Shopware, TYPO3, Contao or CPS OS: We look at the system once and tell you in writing what condition it's in. This system check is free.
What does it cost per month?
€49 for Basic Care of a website. €95 for Complete Care with monitoring, file monitoring and a person on the phone who knows your site — for online shops it's the package because a shop needs more care.
How long does the contract run?
One year. After that it renews automatically for one year each time, unless you cancel eight weeks before expiration.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
Call us. We take the site down or put it on a notice page, secure the status, clean up and close the gap. You get in writing what happened.
Do I need this if I don't change anything on my site?
Especially then. Software ages even without changes: vulnerabilities are discovered for old versions, and automated attacks search for exactly that. Care means someone checks before that happens.
Where are my data?
If your site runs with us, it's on servers in Germany that we operate ourselves, and the daily backup is off-site, not on the server itself. If it stays with your current provider, it stays there — we only access it for care.
